Eddie Bearden is a certified personal trainer and coach of 15 years with advanced training in functional fitness and kettlebell. He helps teens to seniors be mobile, flexible and strong by coaching them through a customized fitness program that is fun, engaging and safe.
If you have never trained before, there is no need to worry that you will get hurt, be bored or lose interest. Eddie’s approach to training is kind, thoughtful and uplifting. You will reach your goals though sustained effort coupled with Eddie’s solid training methodology, creative thinking to keep the workouts fresh and unwavering encouragement.
