Move Free for Men: Wednesdays 7:00–8:00 PM
Move Free is a small-group class for men built around one idea: you can still get wins.
No boring exercises. No stretches you'll never do at home. Just real, feelable improvement in how your body moves — the kind you notice on the golf course, on the tennis court, or just getting out of the car in the morning without that familiar stiffness. Some of it's age. Some of it is how your body is moving — and that's fixable.
